Audio beacon guiding system Sagitone – References

The European Council Directive – 2000/78/EC of the 27th of November 2000 establishes a general framework for equal treatment in employment and occupation, in guaranteeing equal opportunities for all and strong contribution to the full participation of all citizens in cultural and social life.

Following the SNCF (Railways National Society)’s invitation to tender about the autonomy of disabled persons, Active Audio starts to equip some 500 railway stations in France with sound guidance systems for the visually impaired.
